- John Rossiter Review added: 2018.03.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor customer service when you talk to them on the phone they are not very helpful the delivery service is terrible I ordered my repeat prescription tried to arrange for a delivery but 10 days later still can’t get it because the delivery driver can’t deliver when it’s snowing arranged for my son to have half day off because they said it would be ready he got there and it was not ready between Cohens and the doctors they have got my medication wrong or mixed up they asked my son to collect his medication when he got there it was not for him discusting I’m going somewhere else in future
